SİMTERNET & SAYA GRUP COOPERATION:
EXPERIENCE OF INCREASING INHOUSE PARTICIPATION AND SYNERGY

Saya Group was founded in 2006, its roots going back to Sancak Family who had a long history of business activities in various cities of Anatolia since 1950. With its mission of being one of the leaders of Turkish economy, Saya Group have tripled number of employees between 2013 and 2015. Company aims to share 5% of annual turnover for R&D.

What was the need of Saya Group?

SİMTERNET and Saya Group cooperation started in 2016. When Saya have increased number of its employees company decided to cooperate with SIMTERNET in order to speed up projects and to be able to work more efficiently. Basic need of Saya was to strengthen communication amongst employees, speed up flow of information and thus increasing performance.

What was the solution of SIMTERNET?

In-house communication portals were developed for Saya Group, Folkart, Pharmactive and Volt Motor which are member companies of Saya Group. In order to increase the synergy between Saya Group employees located in different places, SIMTERNET focused on developing Participation and Social Modules.

Firstly, Bunch of Ideas Module was brought to life, in this module Saya Group employees can share project ideas and approved projects are taken to real life. Employees will participate more with the idea suggestion system and with Social Modules will transform the portal to a more comfortable and easy to work place.

Result:

Saya Group employees rapidly embraced the portal developed by SIMTERNET. Adaptation period was very short. Due to ease of use and strong technological infrastructure technical issues were minimized. Saya employees liked Bunch of Ideas and Social Modules very much. Number of portal visits by Saya employees have increased, Bunch of Ideas have transformed many ideas into projects.
